Prior to any of my program plans, a comprehensive consultation will discover and address physical limitations, restriction as ordered by your health professionals.
We will explore your goals and develop a realistic, achievable, sustainable plan with a timely goal date.
Introduction to your Personalized Training Plan
Depending on your training goal, the routine may be a 2- 3 or 4-day-a-week rotation.
I will familiarize you with each specific exercise (movement), which consists of explaining the purpose of the muscle we are working, proper technique, and adjusting your form, weight (resistance), breathing and tempo (cadence), all of which will produce a Neuromuscular Connection (a concept I strongly emphasize, unlike many other trainers).
Traditionally, I favor a split routine in one of the following groupings,
Day one: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps.
Day two: Rest
Day Three: Legs, Abs
Day four: Rest
Days five, seven: Cardio or Walking
Please Note: Each goal and individual’s results and will respond differently therefore, in the first few sessions we will fine-tune your routine based you your verbal feedback an my professional observations.
Throughout your entire journey we will constantly strive to adjust, improve and intensify toward your final goal.

High Intensity Training (HIT)
Based on the teachings of body building legends and scientifically proven protocols, and a variation of the above sessions, we will communicate while obtaining the best fit for you and absolutely make gains which you have never experienced or imagined possible!
