Q: Should I do cardio before or after a weight training session?
A: Neither. Before exhausts your energy stores.
After, if you trained properly and intensely, you have nothing left to give.
Summary: Weight training more than 3-4 days a week constitutes overtraining. Your body, including its organs, also needs rest in recovery to grow.
Cardio on a day off 15-30 mins per session is helpful to move blood in the recovery/healing process.
